Budget Display

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Lycoming County Budget will be placed on display on Monday, November 18, 2024.

The Budget will be available for public inspection beginning November 18, 2024, on the County Website at www.lyco.org. Additionally, the 2025 Budget will be available for public inspection during normal business hours, holidays excluded, in the following locations:

  1. Commissioners’ Office, 3rd Floor, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
  2. Controller’s Office, 3rd Floor, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
  3. Financial Management Department, 3rd Floor, Third Street Plaza, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
  4. Treasurer’s Office, 1st Floor, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
  5. James V. Brown Library, 19 East Fourth Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.

The County will be holding Budget Public Outreach Meetings on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. for the public to view and comment on the 2025 Budget.  This meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Board Room, 3rd Floor, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.  Both meetings will be live streamed on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/@LycomingCountyGovernment.

The 2025 Budget will be adopted on December 15, 2024, at the regularly scheduled Commissioners’ Public Meeting, at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioners’ Board Room, 3rd Floor, 33 West Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
